Meet our new officers as of 2024:
President and Camp Director
Derek Coulson
Derek and Ashley met in college at WKU. Married eleven years, they have a son, Forrest, who loves being a camper. They reside in Tulsa, OK. As a family, they enjoy traveling – finally hitting all 50 states this year! Ashley grew up going to Camp NOAH, and thinks of it as one of the highlights of her childhood. Derek is excited to volunteer as President and Director. Together they are thrilled to contribute to something impactful. Additionally, they are both actively involved in teaching bible class, coaching local sports, and helping organize educational opportunities in their hometown. You can find their family in National Parks, riding bikes or hiking, and playing with their dog, Yeti.
Vice President
Heath Rogers
Heath and Christy Rogers were married in August of 1994. They have lived in Beavercreek, OH (suburb of Dayton) since 2011, where Heath preaches for the Knollwood church of Christ. Heath and Christy enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. The Rogers family has been involved with Camp NOAH since 2012. Heath has enjoyed being a cabin counselor during that time. Christy has enjoyed serving as a cabin counselor and as kitchen staff. Their children attended camp in their teen years and have helped as young adults. Heath’s favorite part of camp is the Bible Discussion Groups. Christy’s favorite is singing. They both love watching the campers form friendships that will last a lifetime.
Treasurer and Secretary
Jason Budd
Jason and Kelsey are both from central Ohio where they are now raising their three kids, and embracing their Bernedoodle. Kelsey was a Camp NOAH camper its inaugural year in 1995 and still values the memories and relationships made. While Jason’s first year as counselor was in 2023, Kelsey has served as counselor for 5 years. Their sons are both multi-year campers and their daughter will be one soon. Both Jason and Kelsey are passionate about teaching and coaching youth, from science & sports to Bible study. The family enjoys road trips and finding great pizza eats along the way.
We are thankful to our past officers for their years of dedicated work and love towards Camp NOAH!

Camp NOAH was established in 1995 by Bill Carrol, a friend to youth who wanted families to have an opportunity to come to camp and learn about God, make lasting friendships, and enjoy a week of fun – we are forever thankful for his care and vision.
